Greggs to open branch next week

High Street baker Greggs is set to open its newest branch in Montrose High Street next week.

The new shop, at 33-35 High Street, is due to open for business on Tuesday with the creation of eight jobs.

Lesley Christie, area manager, said: “We’re really excited to be opening the first shop in Montrose, bringing our famous, freshly-baked products to the local community.

“With hover seating it is the ideal location for a catch up with friends and for grabbing a bite to eat while in town. Customers can also make use of the free WiFi available in the shop.

“Our new shop will offer customers our delicious Greggs breakfasts and freshly ground Fairtrade coffee will also be available, along with tasty savouries, hot sandwiches and hand-finished cakes. We’re all really looking forward to welcoming customers in.”

Look out for a fantastic reader offer for Greggs in next week’s Review.
