ATC beetle drive and prize-giving

2288 (Montrose) Squadron Air Training Corps will hold a fund-raising Beetle Drive at the Royal British Legion Scotland next Saturday, October 27, at 7pm.

This fun event is open to all ages and will be raising funds to allow the Squadron to continue to provide opportunities for local young people.

The cost for the game will be £2 per person and the prize is a Flying Lesson with Tayside Aviation.

Refreshments will be available.

The Squadron prize-giving ceremony will take place following the Beetle Drive and all are welcome to stay for this and find out what the cadets have achieved in the past year.

The Air Training Corps is a national youth organisation, open to young people aged 13-20.

The main activities include flying, gliding, adventure training, the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, leadership training and camps in the UK and overseas.

These are only a few of the activities on offer.
