ANYONE suffering from the stresses of day-to-day life can now find relief through a new class in Montrose organised by NHS Tayside.
De-stress Express started last week in the library and involves health professionals in helping people with various issues that can cause stress including poor sleep, low self-esteem, worry and relaxation.
They will offer help on how to cope while self-help books and information on where to get further help are supplied by the library staff.
There are two remaining drop-in sessions - on Wednesday, March 2, and Wednesday, April 20, with two time-slots, 4.30pm and 7.30pm, each day.
Pictured at last Wednesday’s session are, from left - Melissa Hanna, Ashleigh Crawford and Henry Stewart.
