A GROUP of S5 pupils from Montrose Academy visited the GlaxoSmithKline factory.
Tying in with their science subjects, the pupils were given a talk on influenza which included an update on the global swine flu situation.
They were also given an insight into GSK's response to the disease through their Relenza product.
The pupils then got a short tour of the site to see where Zanamivir, the active ingredient for Relenza was both made and tested.
