S1 team win football competition

The Montrose Academy S1 football team which took part in an eleven-a-side football festival against the other Angus Secondary schools.
The 'round robin' games were played in a healthy, competitive spirit.

The Montrose team won four and drew one game making them league winners by one point from Forfar Academy.

Mr Tom Cargill was team coach.
