JAKE Milne and Ian Graham are two of seven students who embarked on a course of learning to play bridge at part of the Montrose Academy enrichment programme.
Montrose Bridge Club sponsored the course and Jake and Ian are the first two boys to reach a standard to start to play with the club.
The club is sponsoring a competition among the students to see who will be first to have their name on a new trophy.
