Mrs Hester Howie received her Montrose Citiizen of the Year award at last week's meeting of Montrose and District Rotary Club.

From left are: Rotary vice president Alison Stedman, Hester Howie, last year's winner Susan Coull who presented the trophy and Rotary president John Fraser.

Mrs Howie received the award in recognition of her efforts in bringing about the new extension to Dorward House.
