GLAXOSMITHKLINE and Friends of Sunnyside have donated a television to Ward 5 at Sunnyside Hospital.
They were aided by a generous discount from Robert Ritchie.
Ward 5 made a request to GSK saying that the patients would benefit a great deal from a new television and the company acted promptly to make their wish come true.
Colin Duncan of GSK and Roy Davis of the Friends visited the ward on Tuesday.
They presented the television to Staff Nurses Margaret Baer and Lindsey Beedie and Nursing Assistant Brenda Fuller.
