The Gardyne Theatre in Dundee will welcome the thrilling Cirque Berserk for three nights in the new year.
The show, which has been described as making the Cirque du Soleil look “wimpish”, runs at the theatre from January 29 to 31.
Direct from four sold-out seasons in London’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and its sold-out 2014 theatre tour, this is the ideal opportunity to visit Britain’s favourite circus. Combining contemporary ‘cirque’ skills with thrilling stunt action ‘Cirque Berserk’ is a danger-filled spectacle that will amaze audiences of all ages.
This is hailed as the world’s most dangerous circus act, seen for the first time live on stage in the UK; there’s the legendary ‘Globe of Death’, (three motorcyclists speeding around inside a steel cage at over 60 mph), plus a troupe of over 30 jugglers, acrobats, aerialists, dancers, musicians and death-defying stunt men joined by the award-winning clown, Tweedy.
The show begins at 7.30 p.m. nightly.
Tickets (adult £22.75 (£21 + £1.75 booking fee), concessions and child £19.75 (£18 + £1.75 booking fee) from the box office on 01382 434 940.
