The South Links Holiday Park in Montrose has been enjoying a busy few weeks with many more to look forward to over the coming months.
The AA-recommended caravan park, situated on Traill Drive, was fully-booked for MoFest with guests enjoying barbecues with the sound of Status Quo performing at the Links in the background.
The owner of South Links, Bill McDonald (47), told the Review: “We have certainly been having a busy time here.
“It is good to see the caravan park so busy and the knock-on effect of this is that other local businesses benefit from the tourism boost.”
The caravan park is in the ideal location for visitors to enjoy the Montrose Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool, the Montrose Golf Course, Montrose Beach and Seafront Splash.
The town centre is in easy walking distances for guests to enjoy the local amenities such as pubs and restaurants.
Mr McDonald added: “We have received a lot of praise from local businesses because they have benefited from the number of extra people we bring to the town.”
The South Links Holiday Park fully caters to the needs of disabled visitors and has a children’s play area at the centre of the park.
Guests at the park can take advantage of a number of exclusive activity discounts.
