Dealing with messy gardens

Local councillor David May has been dealing with complaints from people who have a neighbour who perhaps doesn’t take as much pride in their garden as they do.

Mr May told the Review: “I have every sympathy with householders who take pride in their gardens but have neighbours who do not care and whose weeds blow into theirs.

“It is hard to understand why these people who do not care about their gardens.

“As I have had several complaints about this from people in the Montrose area, I have been on touch with a council housing officer to ask what, if anything, can be done to deal with this issue.”
