A group of 10 girls and ladies will run Race for Life in Dundee on Sunday (June 22) to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
The charity is very close to the hearts of all members of the group, but the youngest member, Daisy Cleland (8), is particularly proud to be raising funds for this charity as her mother was diagnosed with cancer in 2012.
Her mum is also a member of the Hillside Hotties, and together the group is aiming to raise £1,000 so that the charity can continue its life-saving research and one day beat cancer.
If you would like to sponsor the Hillside Hotties you can visit their JustGiving page at www.justgiving.com/hillside-hotties.
If you would like to be in with the chance of winning a bottle of pink champagne and chocolate truffles, Mystique Beauty in Montrose are selling raffle tickets with all money going to Race for Life.
The girls taking part in the Race for Life are Daisy Cleland, Emily Cleland, Rebekah Mennie, Dawn Wallace, Helen Salmon, Catriona Chalmers, Jacqui Fraser, Jill Morton, Tammy Rutter, Joanne Gordon.
The course for the Race for Life at Dundee is situated within Camperdown Park which is the largest public park in Dundee. The course allows you to take in the beautiful sites of the park, including the stunning neo-classical Camperdown House, before heading into the forest area.
The terrain of the course is a mix of grass, roads and woodland paths, with a couple of small inclines.
A stunning park; you couldn’t ask for anything better!
