There is still time for dynamic daredevils to freefall at speeds up to 120 mph and witness captivating views to help Meningitis Now take the wind out of the deadly disease.
The national charity’s 10,000ft Skydive Day takes place on Saturday, July 19, in Fife.
Meningitis Now will cover the cost of the tandem jump, run by professional company Skydive St Andrews, if participants raise a £395 minimum sponsorship.
The charity formed after Meningitis UK and Meningitis Trust, founders of the UK’s meningitis movement, united in 2013.
The charity, which has almost 30 years’ experience, exists to save lives and rebuild futures by funding research, raising awareness and providing support.
A spokesperson for the charity said: “Our vision is a future where no one in the UK loses their life to meningitis and everyone affected gets the support they need to rebuild their lives.
