Dancers from the Noreen-Marie Geddes School of Dancing took part in the International Gathering of Scottish Highland Dance at Disneyland Paris last weekend.

The school fundraised all year for the magical trip.

Hundreds of highland dancers from all across the world gathered to take part in this event.

The dancers competed in a Disney themed competition run by the Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing.

They also successfully auditioned to take part in a specially choreographed pre-parade routine along Main Street USA in Disneyland Park.

The dancers took home 19 medals and four overall trophies, 13 of those medals were first place.

Noreen-Marie said: “This was a fantastic achievement by the girls.

“We made memories to last a lifetime, I look forward to doing this trip again in the future.”
