Montrosians are being encouraged to make their faces funny for money this Saturday with Specsavers.
Staff at the High Street store are planning a fund-raising day complete with a selfie booth and face painting for adults.
Bridgeen Johnston, store director of Specsavers in Montrose, said: “We are looking forward to our fund-raising day and the store is being transformed in preparation for Saturday.
“Come and take a selfie in our specially-made booth, or children can bring in an adult and paint their face funny for money.
“We hope the local community will support us in raising funds for a great cause.”
The store will also be decorated in red to celebrate Specsavers’ partnership with Red Nose Day 2015.
Specsavers’ official Red Nose Day glasses will also be on sale, in small and larger sizes, for just £3 with £1 donated to Comic Relief.
Specsavers in Montrose has joined Specsavers stores nationwide to support Comic Relief to help poor and vulnerable people living tough lives both here in the UK and across Africa.
Whether it’s at home, work or school, the public are being encouraged to make their faces funny for money this Red Nose Day, which takes place on Friday, March 13.
The money raised through Red Nose Day helps poor and vulnerable people living incredibly tough lives both here in the UK and across Africa.
