THE FRONT nearside window of a black Ford Focus was smashed some time between 10am and 1.30pm on Saturday while it was parked in Bridge Street.

Anyone with information about the incident can call the non-emergency Police number, 101.

Items of found property handed in to Montrose Police have included a Samsung mobile ‘phone, a large red/black suitcase containing electrical items, a set of house keys and a gent’s ring.

Again, the number to call is 101 if you think any of the above is your property.

Recycling in St Cyrus

SEASONAL garden waste recycling points open across Aberdeenshire now include one at St Cyrus.

It will be in Ecclescraig Road Car Park and will operate on Saturdays from April 20 to November 9.

The opening hours will be 8 to 11am.

Garden waste recycling facilities are also available throughout the year at Household Waste and Recycling Centres (HWRCs) in Aberdeenshire. These can be found at www.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/waste or by calling Wasteline on 0845 600 3 900.
