St Margaret’s entertainment

LAST Wednesday, the children from St Margaret’s RC Primary school, presented their parents with an enjoyable afternoon of Scottish poems, songs and dancing. They were entertained by all the children from pre-school to P7.

Two of the children from P3 dressed in their full Highland Dancing costumes and perfectly performed the ‘Highland Fling’. Some of the children from the older classes shared very interesting facts and information about famous Scottish people. It was a most enjoyable day.

Supporting Scottish study in schools, the Montrose Burns Club kindly presented a cheque to the school to help towards the funding of some Scottish resources.
