PUPILS of Rosemount Primary marched from the school on Wednesday calling for safe roads for children.
They were also making an attempt on the Guinness Book of Records entry for the largest ‘walking bus’.
Tens of thousands more took part in the Giant Walking Bus, co-ordinated by road safety charity Brake and sponsored by Jet fuel. The event aims to raise awareness of the number of children killed and hurt on roads, help schools teach children about road safety, and appeal to drivers to slow down to 20mph.
