ROSELEA are delighted to have finalised the lineup of their third ladies dinner.
The team have managed to get the legendary Isa (Jane McCarry) of Still Game fame and Bill Copeland - one of the most sought after dinner speakers on the circuit to talk at the event.
Jane McCarry is a Scottish actress who is most famous for her role as Isa Drennan in the Scottish sitcom, Still Game. Playing the local gossip she is endeared to many as we all probably know someone just like Isa.
She was also the main character, childminder ‘Granny Murray’ in the children’s educational programme Me Too and has had several appearences on Rab C Nesbitt.
Jane promises to be entertaining and will relay many of the acting experiences as well as her own life stories.
Bill Copeland is a former lawyer who practised in Scotland. Born in Govan, Bill has been a regular outstanding performer on the after-dinner speaking circuit for several years.
Bill’s wit has also hit the airwaves as a guest on BBC Radio Scotland’s early morning topical news and chat programme The Fred McAulay Show.
MC Roger Brunton - The Carnoustie Architect - returns for his second year in the hotseat as master of ceremonies.
Ticket prices for the September 3 event will stay the same as subsequent years at £35 per head.
