Show to go ahead as planned

CENTRE S.T.A.G.E. theatre school is looking forward to bringing a bit of Christmas cheer to the month of January.

The pupils were disappointed when their December show had to be postponed just before Christmas due to bad weather. Principal Ailsa Graham has decided to go ahead with the show as originally planned this Saturday (January 29), so as well as sections from Blood Brothers, Dirty Dancing, Elvis hits and lots of dance numbers and solo performances, the finale will be a showstopping medley of Christmas songs.

Tickets already purchased for the show will be valid for the performance on Saturday, which will be in the town hall at 7.30pm. Tickets can be bought from Hogg’s Newsagent on the High Street or by calling 07871 162564.

There may also be a few tickets available at the door on the night.
