Submit work to Meffan winter show

LOCAL artists are invited to submit works to the Winter Exhibition 2012 at the Meffan in Forfar.

The exhibition begins at the end of November and is open to all artists resident in Scotland.

Prize money of £200 will be awarded in the amateur category and a purchase prize of up to £1,500 will be awarded in the Professional Category.

A handling fee of £4 is payable for each work submitted.

Receiving days are Friday and Saturday, November 9 and 10, between 10am and 4pm.

The exhibition itself is open from November 24 to December 29 and admission is free.

If you would like to take part in this year’s exhibition, entry forms are available from all Angus Council museums, galleries and libraries.
