Tennis coach Judy Murray served up a tennis doubles event for youngsters in Montrose yesterday.

This summer the proud mum has seen son Andy win his second Wimbledon title and his second Olympic Gold Medal.

And yesterday, as part of her Tennis on the Road programme, she brought the Jamie Murray Doubles Cup to Montrose Tennis Club.

Twelve teams of youngsters aged 11 to 14 from local clubs took part in the fun event.

Home team Montrose A team of Georgia Stirling, Suzanne Stirling, Cameron Fryer and Orin Forbes, captained by Kirsty Robertson, won the doubles cup. The prize was tickets to watch the doubles at the Davis Cup next month.

This is the second time Judy has visited an Angus tennis club - she officially opened the new tennis courts at Arbroath Lawn Tennis Club back in March.
