Montrose Review readers are being given the opportunity to win six tickets to see The Song Shop’s pantomime ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’.

The panto runs in Montrose Town Hall from Tuesday 2 to Saturday, December 6.

Evening performances start at 7.30 p.m. with a matinee on the Saturday afternoon at 3.30 p.m.

To enter the competition, readers just need to spot Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, each of whom have been placed in shop windows in Montrose.

Entrants to the competition must state the dwarf’s name and match it to the shop in which they are located.

Entries should be e-mailed or posted to the Montrose Review office by 5 p.m. on Friday 28 November. E-mail your entries to news@montrosereview.com with ‘Snow White competition’ in the subject line or post them to 63 Murray Street, Montrose, DD10 8JZ.

Fraser McGlynn, The Song Shop founder, said: “With a script written for a professional production, the pantomime is traditional in nature, with humour for adults and children. It has audience participation in abundance, an escaped gorilla, and a slapstick cooking scene in which the audience are invited to help with the baking of a cake for Snow White’s birthday! With songs old and new, to cater for a wide range of tastes, the audience are promised a great night’s entertainment.”

The tickets went on public sale on Monday (November 17) and are available from Henry Hogg’s Newsagents, Montrose High Street, or direct from The Song Shop on 01674 673236.
