Review Texas Scramble
THE Review Texas Scramble competition was held on Sunday.
Winners, with a team score of 54.5 were the Golf Watch Storytellers (A Smith; M Soutar; E Smith and A Sykes).
Second, with a score of 57.3 were The Colts (S Bell; R Robertson; B Clarke; J Clarke).
Third were Harley & Co with 57.9 (E McIntosh; S Lyon; I Harley; Mrs S Harley) and fourth Dirty Bill Dryden Parties All The Time (M Hutchison; S Hutchison; W Dryden; K Craig) with a score of 58.2.
There were whisky prizes for nearest the pin competitions for both men and ladies.
Nearest the pin at the third for the men was Malcolm Coull (Hillside Halfwits) and nearest the pin at the twelfth for the ladies was Mrs Joan Hulse (The Pitchmarks).
