Montrose Roselea lost 3-0 to Glenrothes on Saturday as they conceded all three goals in the second half after a disappointing display.
Glenrothes opened the brighter of the two teams and in the opening five minutes, Napier hit the side netting then sclaffed a great opportunity to open the scoring from a cut back.
They were able to open the scoring in the 54th minute with the main threat John Martin scoring.
He was allowed far too much room and his final shot took a big deflection to loop over Mcleod and into the net.
Roselea’s day went darker when Paul Whyte was very harshly sent off before they saw a shout for a penalty ignored, only for their opponents to fly up the park and win a spot kick.
Forbes struck the ball home.
They were pushing for a way back into it and naturally left gaps which were soon exploited when a long ball to Griffin caught McLeod out, the former rolling the ball into the empty net for 3-0.
Roselea now play Broughty Athletic at Whitton Park on Saturday.
