MONTROSE Football Club have extended their 10 per cent discount for the purchase of season tickets for season 2011/12 by a further week.
Purchasers now have until Saturday, July 2, the first pre-season fixture which is against Stenhousemuir, to take up the offer.
Season tickets are on sale at John D. Crawford’s office, 72 New Wynd, Montrose, telephone 01674 672064.
The tickets are normally priced at £180 for an adult, OAP/under-16 £100 with Willie Johnston Lounge members paying £300, and £195 for concessions.
Those who purchase a ticket before July 2 will receive the discount with adults paying £160, OAP/under-16s £90 and Willie Johnston Lounge members £270 and £175.
Local primary children can purchase a season ticket through their school that will give them free admission to all matches if accompanied by a paying adult.
Montrose also have friendlies away from home against Forfar Athletic (July 5) and Dundee United (July 12). The United fixture will take place in St Andrews.
And Raith Rovers travel to Montrose some three weeks before the sides meet in the Communities League Cup first round on July 9.
The Gable Endies will play neighbours Arbroath in their final warm- up match at Gayfield on July 16.
Montrose have re-signed exciting young prospect Martin Boyle (18), on a one-year contract.
Martin was a regular member of the squad last season and is keen to develop his career under the coaching of Ray Farningham and his coaching team.
He made his Montrose debut as a 16-year-old in a Scottish Cup tie against Hibernian at Easter Road two years ago and scored four times in the first team last season.
Prices for friendlies on July 2 and 9, against Stenhousemuir and Raith Rovers respectively, are: adults £8, concessions £4, under-12s, free.
Chartered physiotherapist Eilidh Paterson, previously at Elgin, has agreed to join the club.
