The chairman of Montrose Golf Links, Alan Crow, has retired after more than 20 years’ service with the local golfing board.
Mr Crow served for 26 years on the organisation and has held several different committee roles during that time.
He has been the chairman of Montrose Golf Links for the last few years.
Claire Penman, secretary said: “Alan has been a fantastic ambassador for Montrose Golf Links over a number of years of service.
“He will be sorely missed by everyone.”
Montrose Golf Links will be electing their new chairman at its next board meeting, which is due to take place later this month. The Review will announce the new chairman shortly after.
