Four-year-old Daisy Fleming from Montrose and her eight-year-old Welsh Section A pony Moelwyn Kracker, known as Billy, stole the show in the Mountain and Moorland Ridden Final at Blair Atholl.

Daisy, who has had Billy since September 2012, has enjoyed a lot of success this year, including winning lead rein classes at the Kirriemuir Show, The World Horse, the Welfare Show in Brechin, North East Riding Club Show Echt reserve champion, supreme champion at Stonehaven Riding Club Show and reserve at the Grass Sickness show in Blairgowrie.

Mum Fiona, who leads Daisy in the classes, said: “We’ve had an amazing year. We missed a few shows due to Daisy having chicken pox. She was feeling really poorly at Blair Atholl but managed to ride and produce a smile for the final photograph.

“Billy is a wonderful pony. We hope to have some fun with him at pony club over the winter.”
